Consort Clubs welcome viols of all sizes and their players of all levels

Where: Parish Hall, St. James’ Episcopal Church, South Pasadena

(Except Westside Consort Club. See below)

Who: Musicians ages 16 to 86! We welcome amateur musicians eager to play, pre-professionals looking for playing/performance experience, professional players who want to study Baroque performance practices, and students who want to explore music of the Baroque era. Basically,

if you enjoy learning new ways of playing old music, we think you’ll have fun.

Schedules:

• South Pas Consort Club: Mondays from 3:30 to 5:30 pm, February 9, 16, 23, March 2, 9. 

• Westside Consort Club: Tuesday afternoons at a private home to be announced to registrants. February 10-March 10, 12:15-2:15 pm

• Big Band: Mondays from 7:00 to 9:45 pm (to 10:00 pm March 9), February 9, 16, 23, March 2, 9.

• Big Band Dress Rehearsal - Saturday, March 14, 1:30-3:00 pm NOTE EARLIER TIME

• Big Band Performance - Saturday, March 14. Concert: 4:00 pm

• NOTE this is a Saturday performance with dress rehearsal the same day.
